I recently visited Dr. Hervas for 2 temporary crowns. I have previously been impressed with Monica, who always does a wonderful job with my gum issues/teeth cleaning, and she has an art of keeping the patient calm and feeling reassured. My recent visit was the first time I've had any major work done in some time, and I can admit that the process was almost enjoyable. Keanna, Dr. Hervas' assistant was with me during the whole process. Her soft voice and sense of humor was paramount in setting the tone for my experience. Keanna was an expert at everything she did. Dr. Hervas worked expertly and she also possesses that soft tone of voice that is calm and comforting throughout the dental process with installation of the crowns, providing updates on how the process was going. Lastly, I wish to praise the friendly and talented services of Brenda who handles the front desk duties. She went mile for me to detail the coverage of my Medical provider to maximize its benefit for me. It's not common for one to enjoy going to the dentist, and I would absolutely recommend the talented services and support from Dr. Hervas, Keanna, Monica and Brenda. My sincere thanks to each of you.

Great expierence! Everything went smoothly and they were quick.

Dr. Hervas and her assistant were very thorough and explained what was going on as they removed the temporary crown and secured the permanent crown. I no longer go to Dr. Hervas. After 3 checks on a problem tooth with no determination of the problem, I gave up. After the last check, the tooth was really hurting. After being back home for awhile, I looked in a mirror at my mouth. There was a huge swollen red spot on the outside of my gum, bright as day.. The tooth had had a root canal 6 years prior and was badly infected.

We've been seeing Dr Hervis for years. She is wonderful and doesn't try to get extra work done that you don't really need. Her whole staff is great!
